WiFi Terms of Use

The Mortenson_Guest wifi network ("Service") is intended for use by Mortenson Partners or Customers ("Guest") solely to access internet resources for Mortenson business purposes, while using non-Mortenson issued devices. Guest shall not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent or improper purpose, or in any manner which infringes upon the rights of others. Guest acknowledges and agrees that the Service is provided on an "as is basis".

Mortenson makes no representations or warranties about the security, privacy or functionality of the Service. By accessing the Service, Guest is deemed to have acknowledged and agreed that any use of the Service is at the Guest's own risk, without recourse to Mortenson or its insurance coverage. Mortenson reserves the right to monitor, access and review any use of the Service and, in its sole discretion, deny, restrict or limit device connectivity and/or access to the Service.
